SUPER BOWL SUNDAY
Super Bowl Sunday is easily the biggest event in the United States at the beginning of each year. People all over the country prepare themselves to watch the biggest game in the NFL. They get their grills ready, cook some burgers, wings, and hot dogs, while they drink their beers in preparation for the big game. Whether you like football or not you will most likely watch the game if not for the game then for the huge amount of commercials aired that day. These commercials try new and creative ways to get the attention of the people viewing them. From ridiculous and comedic to serious and powerful. Not only the typical commercials aired, but also Hollywood takes advantage of this to premiere some of their best trailers to advertise their upcoming films.
One film to do such a thing is the fourth installment of Steven Speilberg's widely successful franchise Jurassic Park.
JURASSIC WORLD
Universal made a bold statement releasing this trailer on Super Bowl Sunday. They released a trailer to catch the eye of the people. Not only showing glimpses of different dinosaurs and showing small parts of the plot, but we finally see a glimpse of the monster that is going to turn Jurassic World in chaotic roller coaster ride. Jurassic World wasn't the only trailer to be released during Super Bowl Sunday other big names to be released are Terminator Genisys, and Minions.
Trailers weren't the only big commercials to be shown Dorito, Mercedes, Nationwide, Coka-Cola, and even a Avocado commercial which turned out to one of the big winners.
Avocado Commercial
The avocado commercial created a big uproar because of the simplicity of the commercial as well as its comedic approach. This commercial fit the Super Bowl perfectly thanks to its Draft approach, but with a slight twist.
Doritos
But of course no Super Bowl would be complete without Doritos making an appearance and like every year they deliver with a funny, witty commercial. A mans attempt to find the perfect person to sit next doesn't necessarily turn out the way he planned. Doritos always taking simple concepts and turning them into gold.
